I had a haircut scheduled on a Tuesday. I came in, barely any was trimmed. Parts of my hair was left untouched, it was trimmed only at “sideburns” and a bit on top. It was left ragged, parts over crown unequal bilaterally. I texted stylist and he made one attempt to reschedule to get it “fixed”. Then he ghosted me. My cut was left ragged, longer on. One side than the other, the back was untouched and this was not a cheap haircut. I will not be returning.
After not having my hair done in over a year and becoming a mom, I’ve not been confident with my appearance. I truly feel like Moe brought me (and my curls) back to life. I feel beautiful and truly listened to - my cut is just what I wanted. I’m so happy to finally find my salon + stylist!
[My Response: No matter how you try to spin it, Employee would have been paid more, Company would have been paid more, and I would have been a happy, high-rating customer that came back often spending more. But hey, at least you charged $127 for doing absolutely no actual work. I could NEVER in good conscious charge someone that much money especially if they quickly called to reschedule; incidents happen in life but if someone is attempting to reconcile immediately and you still choose that as a solution, just wow, definitel... read more
We came in from my granddaughter‘s first professional haircut. It was a magical experience for both of us. Ashley and everyone in the salon were fabulous and my granddaughter felt like a queen when she left and looked amazing. We booked our next appointment and will definitely be back on a regular basis thank you everyone for being so amazing!! Life changing!
