My experience here was terrible. He would not do my dot physical because of the meds I take. He proceeded to tell me I'm misdiagnosed for anxiety and that my meds are super strong and he needs a Drs note. It's not his place to tell anyone that their meds might be wrong. That is not his job. I went to another place and was in and out with my dot physical done and only $65. He is absolutely over charging people.
Calm and relaxed environment. Very reasonable pricing and his service is far better then other DOT Medical professionals. It's 45 minutes outside Cleveland and well worth the trip.

My husband just received a D.O.T physical from this establishment. Very courteous, and he will put you at ease. He understands completely the life of a trucker, and takes that knowledge and applies it. It's different from your run of the mill walk in clinic. He actually cares and takes time with you. He knows his D.O.T. requirements inside and out, and doesn't try to upsell you. Several D.O.T exam locations will push for sleep studies and unnecessary therapy. He is NOTHING like "those Dr.s".
