These guys deserve an award for beating around the bush, checked in at 10:30AM… it’s 3:45 and still didn’t even start loading. But their trucks are in and out dropping and hooking back to back all day. Zero customer service skills, can’t go inside. Building on lock down. Ridiculous.
The driver was loaded before the appointment time
Loaded me right away. Just call the posted number on door and give them your po #. Pick an open dock door. Quick to load.
My appointment 12 pm. I was came 7 am he get loaded 30 minut. Best Facility thanks
