Brooke! BESt customer service ive ever experienced in A lifetime. There is an rlevator for the higher floors. And today before i had my cart loaded this lady had it waiting for me. I cannot say enough good things about Brooke at MoreSpace Spokane. The facility is in a very sketchy and rough area of town with transients wandering free, roaming around in front of the building. I was hesitant to store my belongings at MoreSpace, but Brooke was very professional and direct with how she oversees things and I felt reassured that my things would be safe. Over the years, she has been the most helpful employee I have ever worked with as a patron. She knew me by name and always remembered my storage unit number.... read more

Great basic storage unit, space is as advertised. Very secure entrance to storage with an attendant readily available during business hours. The building is a really cool piece of spokane history too, with an old school freight elevator that's fun to ride.
