Very poor communication, never told me when a showing was and I was unfortunately there during one of her few showings. Her only advice is to lower the price, even though she estimated to be higher than listed prior to signing the agreement with her. Once I did lower the price (second time in two weeks) she said she would not be doing another open house. Don't waste your time.
