Current resident. Terrible experience from the day 1. Moved in to an unfinished apartment. Multiple plumbing leaks. Electricity got shut off because the bill wasn't paid (it's included in my rent). Lost all the food in my fridge and freezer. They don't care. Multiple issues have taken more than a month to have resolved. Would not recommend. And I have literally everything documented with date stamped photos.
***Please don’t trust these people. Regardless if you are a renter or a property owner. And if you are a property owner that uses their services, I would be double checking everything.***Nikki has been nothing but rude and VERY unprofessional. I just moved out of a property that they manage. I was told landlord is in the hospital. And unable to refund my deposit. But yet today I ran into him in the driveway, as I was passing by.
