Rents were always collected on time and in full, any repairs were taken care of in a very timely manner. More than pleased

Rent collection is the only thing they do. There is no way to control the temperature in my portion of the house, they are aware and after 3 months it is still around 80 degrees with every window that has a screen in it open. It's currently 37 outside. Refuses to send proper maintenance out, just guys with other full time jobs that don't even do the type of work needed that never ends up getting done.
