They only respond to issues if they are legally obligated, like heat. Issues such as a broken toilet or wasps gets ignored. The five star reviews are clearly written by employees.
Terrible place. Takes them forever to fix anything. Total con artists here, they will take your money anyway they possibly can. Stay far away from these people! Rent from someone else. Do not trust these criminals. STAY AWAY! 5 star reviews are fake!
