This rental company is absolutely horrible I rented through them and when we moved in the house was trashed holes in the walls everywhere and all the carpet smelled like cat piss but it was my first house so I didn’t know any better fast forward a couple years later I was renting month to month and had gotten into a motorcycle accident and lost my job because of it I attempted to sign a 30 day notice but they would not accept it saying I still owed 200$ while I tried to scrape that together looking for a new job they continu... read more
Really understanding rental company, they will work with you. Just be honest and transparent with them.
They only respond to issues if they are legally obligated, like heat. Issues such as a broken toilet or wasps gets ignored. The five star reviews are clearly written by employees.
Terrible place. Takes them forever to fix anything. Total con artists here, they will take your money anyway they possibly can. Stay far away from these people! Rent from someone else. Do not trust these criminals. STAY AWAY! 5 star reviews are fake!
