My dog Penny was a More Than Pets regular due to my husband and I traveling a lot. She always came back to us so happy after her many stays with them. They take the time to get to know your pet and provide awesome care! She absolutely loved playing with Scout and would get so excited when we pulled up to their property. More Than Pets, really live up to their name. Kathy, Lisa, & Heather are friends to me! Skittles (my pup) LOVES these ladies! They are always helpful. They are so compassionate. Lisa & Kathy have such big hearts for all animals. My Skittles lights up when we pull into the parking lot. I swear she's smiling! The boarding service is second to none. Can't wait to see what this awesome little pet shop does in the future. We are blessed to have this gem in Duncan!

Yes this Pet store is a nice and friendly place. They also make the effort to learn about all there animal the best they can. But the thing I think They could be better in is. Being more honest to up front. Dues to a small situation I had It's seems like they justified some of their actions alot. Due to not being more honest up front I dont spent my money in here anymore.

I am so sorry you feel this way. I was being completely honest when I told you I did not have the space to house your turtles at that time. As I'm sure you've seen we take in animals all the time that we are unable to rehome or are unable to find a suitable home for. These pets live out the remainder of there lives here at the store. Also I am not a nonprofit. Most times the veterinary care and the feeding and housing costs are over and above the adoption fees we charge.
