Terrible practice. I was an established patient with a clear diagnosis and they still could not get it right. As soon as I went to another endocrinologist it was approved within 2 days including the prior authorization. More MD needs More help. This doctor's office should NO MORE be in business. I have asked insurance to investigate. And I have filed a complaint to the medical board.
