I called to make an apt at service for oil change. I had to reiterate more than once that I only wanted an oil change , and no tire rotation and that my car did not take synthetic oil.. we agreed on a day and time. . and we did include taking care of a recall. A reminder was left for me .. on voice mail for a different time of day and only an oil change.
