Wish I could give this 0 stars, these places are wayyy too expensive and management is horrible at communicating with us. They recently told us we need to switch our spectrum plan, they gave us no heads up, wifi and TV was disconnected. When I went to pick up the new equipment, they were all out. The people at spectrum said they were never told about this switch therefore didnt know to get much more inventory for these items. My daughter lives in a basement apartment. It is 60 degrees in there, although she has it turned up to 90. Maintenance said it’s because “it’s cold outside.” This is illegal. Temperature needs to be maintained at 68 degrees. A big violation that will be reported.

If I could negative I would. They want to always increase rent by HUNDREDS, the have illegal steps and railings, the maintenance is lacking, they so not shovel or plow in the snowstorms, my dishwasher has been broken for 3 months, and sitting on the coil, I have several soft spots in my floors noted by maintenance that they say are unsafe and still unfixed. They not only raise the rent ridiculous amounts every year, but now they also raised the amenity fee. They should charge these fees based on the amenity. I don't use the pool or weight room, nor should i habe to pay for it. Wish finding rentals was easier.
