Horrible Renting company. WOULD NEVER rent from this company again. If I had my way, I would give them zero stars.
They're very horrible you can clean the appartment really good after moving out and they'll still keep your deposit..
This company is a complete scam. They have absolutely no idea how to operate at the remotest level of competence. Fake bills. Double billing. Refusal to accept their mistakes. STAY AWAY.
I would highly recommend NOT renting through Auburn Creek. Very disappointed in the way that management communicates with residents. During the process of moving out we let management into our apartment and were reassured we would get our security deposit back. We thoroughly cleaned out the apartment for several hours to make sure it everything looked good for the next residents.
