Creek hill apartments have gone downhill since Jamie left…. Please hire more maintenance and maybe upgrade the lawn package yall signed up for- we have a lot of dogs and tall grass can cause a lot of issues for them. The day trash pick up comes there’s literally raccoons that night, somethings gotta give
They don’t pick up trash, it’s littered all over the complex. Complained months ago and still nothing just saw a used bag of diapers left outside the dumpster, and yet my rents doubled for absolutely 0 improvements. Do not rent if it’s Morgan properties.
This is a corrupt management company. They have ripped out every tree, bush, and plant in our North Ponds neighborhood and tried to blame it on plumbing. A bush has about a foot of roots max. They have single handedly destroyed an ecosystem and do not care about the residents concerns at all. We watched their landscaping company power spray all of the swallows nests down (with babies in them). They are money hungry, evil and manipulative. Wish I could give this 0 stars, these places are wayyy too expensive and management is horrible at communicating with us. They recently told us we need to switch our spectrum plan, they gave us no heads up, wifi and TV was disconnected. When I went to pick up the new equipment, they were all out. The people at spectrum said they were never told about this switch therefore didnt know to get much more inventory for these items. My daughter lives in a basement apartment. It is 60 degrees in there, although she has it turned up to 90. Maintenance said it’s because “it’s cold outside.” This is illegal. Temperature needs to be maintained at 68 degrees. A big violation that will be reported.
