If I could give **zero stars**, I would. This was, without question, the most incompetent service experience I have ever had. I scheduled my service appointment around the availability of their specialty Kubota mechanic because I live **over an hour away** and didn't want to waste an entire day driving back and forth. When I arrived to drop off my machine, they casually informed me they had "forgotten" the mechanic was on vacation and wouldn't even be there for several days.
