15 years ago, we purchased our first Kubota from Andy. The parts and service departments have been great to deal with over the years. Can't complain at all. I've worked with Grant Wood, Shane Logan, and Andy More on machines, attachments, and just requesting info. They've all been great (I'm pretty picky so that says a lot). The only problem is that with the newest orange addition I could use a bigger building.
I recently bought a tractor and implements from Grant Wood he was helpful, informative and quick to respond. My only issue is they are struggling to keep inventory in stock. Probably grants fault :). Thanks for all of you help
Brent Bockelman was fantastic working with us in getting our B2650. He sold me my ZD21 zero turning radius mower 17 years ago and when I came in the store it was as if it was yesterday. Brent never pressured in the sale but gave great information on the tractors and gave me his sound advice when asked. When the tractor was delivered explanations and patience along with kindness was fantastic. I will always go to More Farm Store first for service and needs.
We went to Warsaw store and Grant was very helpful and went through everything with us on our purchase. Would highly recommend this store to anyone.
Shane Logan & the Columbia City store went above and beyond to get my RTV on very short notice. Highly recommended!
