Our family has used Kubota equipment and done business at More Farm Store for over 30 years. I wouldn't buy any outdoor equipment anywhere else, they carry all the best brands! More Farm Store,INC is a dump of a place to do business with. If you try to buy something used, they will not deal. I tried to buy a used Toro Grandstand. They wanted 3500. So I offered 3000. They never even give me the time of day. As it turns out, I bought a very clean 2012 grandstand with 600 hours on it for 2800. So thank you More Farm Store, for being the butt heads that I know you are. LOL
My husband would have appreciated some of the "excellent customer service" that others have received. He stopped in earlier in the week to look at chain saws. When he left, he told the individual helping him that he would be back Friday (today) to purchase a saw. When he walked in today one sales person was waiting on a customer and the other was on a phone call. Excellent service every time myself or my husband has been in. They know all about everything they sell and they have been so kind and thoughtful to us including our little guy. Awesome place!
