They are the best! From the top down! A family company. It’s always a real pleasure to do any sort of business with them. Big or small. They are very accommodating and more than fair. I have since had to call and get advice about the tractor and Brett answered them no problem. I never felt pressure to buy and never felt like I was given the run around. RecommendedHad lots of questions and Brent answered them all. Have always been a Kubota customer with routine maintenance but needed a Stihl. More Farm Store is that small town personal feel with big city selection. Best $$ around too.
By not being such 2-faced deal makers. They tryed selling me a 5 year old machine, as a new machine. When I caught it, they got angry. When I didn't buy it. They behind my back, Schemed to take some of my accounts. They are horrible people to deal with. Good luck to everyone. They are 2 faced, an not to be trusted. I would think they would pay attention to their own inner problems. i,ve been hearing their going out of business. no one likes Crooks.
RecommendedI have dealt with Brent Bockelman and purchased all my tractors from More farm store. I have always been extremely happy with the way they have handled my business needs when purchasing a tractor. I explain to Brent what I need the tractor for and he always delivers me the perfect tractor for my needs. My last purchase was a M7060 4WD with enclosed cab. I use it for bush hogging the highways for a city as well as pushing snow. Call Brent Bockelman he will make sure your next tractor or new tractor needs are met.
