So we bought a new Kubota tractor from Larry and signed the papers on Dec 3rd. He asked when we needed it and we said we weren't in a big hurry. I asked when we could expect delivery and I was assured he had one for us crated up in the back, all it needed was assembly and add the rear hydraulics we wanted added, Larry assured us we could expect it towards the end of the month. Found tractor online and drove an hour to look at tractor. Tractor was on lease to another customer and not available to purchase for a month. No salesman ever came out to talk to us. We left after walking around for 1/2 hour.
Best service after sale in the business. From sales to service ain't none better. Thanks Larry and Phillip. 5 stars!
Very hard to get help. Walked in an sales person was joking around with friend in office. Needed help and got ignored. Also made several calls to get prices on things we needed and no one ever calls back. Very bad PR.
