Well... I recognize 2 or 3 of these reviewers as relatives. But what do you expect from an organization like this? If I could give a zero or a negative number, I would. As a board member, I received numerous complaints regarding their lack of professionalism, inconsistent answers, inaction and failure to return calls. James injected himself into board politics, took sides and perpetuated discord. Further, I do not feel as though James was knowledgeable. The way he conducted business can be described only as "bizarre."

They inject themselves into board politics, take sides and perpetuate discord. Some board members actually wanted to terminate Morbitzer after our first 3 months with them. When the contract is up, I will definitely be pushing to replace them. As for the positive reviews on here... it appears that, at least 3, are relatives. Some are actually "employees" of Morbitzer.
Morbitzer Management, what a joke!! Our condominium recently changed over to morbitzer management. I called Monday April 18th because I have hornets getting through a vaulted ceiling window. They are in charge of pest control and the exterior of the building. (A pest getting in though the exterior of the building). I got Megans voicemail and left a message.
