I sent the first email on April 10th, and it’s now May 1st, three full weeks with no response. I followed up with the admin team (shoutout to Bronwyn, who was lovely and helpful) and confirmed the email address was correct. Totally disagree with their policy. I've been a client of Warwicks and have seen him nearly every week for the last 2 years, today I was late but still called and asked to speak to him for the last 15 mins. They said no even tho it cost me $224. The last 15 mins was worth 56 dollars without letting me speak to him. I think this is pretty bad.
