They Have a bad service because if you get there 2 minutes late they don't attend you and if you call on Friday on time to tell them your going to be a few minutes late it says that there is nobody to answer cause it's closed and they also say that there is only a few worker working so they can't attend you but when you get there on time you have to wait 30 minutes for them to attend you but they don't want to wait when you get there 2 minutes late.
On Wednesday Jan 19,2022 my son had a consultation with Happy Tooth at the Durham location to receive braces. Upon arrival I was asked to fill out paper work for a new patient, which I completed before arriving. Once inside I go to the front desk to check in. The young lady check us in. She asked if I filled out the paper work . I responded yes. She couldn’t find it the system ,so I filled out the forms for the second time. Would not recommend.they rush you in and out and do not properly take care of your brackets refuse to fix brackets. Everyone in the office tells you something different.
