This place is horrible for rehad. I would say 1 in 10 of the staff care and are knowledgeable about taking care of the elderly. Don't let your loved one go there. Country Meadows is much better.
Every experience of mine with Moravian Village has far exceeded my expectations.
My father has lived at Moravian Village for several months now and from the custodial staff to the IT staff and any and all professionals in between, Moravian Village is an A+ establishment! I visit him weekly and highly recommend their breakfast dining area (and employees Kim and Katelynn - now at the front desk), as well as Al in maintenance, who are the epitome of the type of staff you would want at any business, or working for you in any capacity! Do not stay here if you need timely pain medication. Their personal buzzer system is a cruel joke. The aide responds, you tell her you need pain medication, she cancels your buzzer and supposedly goes to tell the nurse who can administer it. Tonight I told the aide TWICE that I needed pain medication and didn't get it. After waiting THREE HOURS, I went out to the nurses station where I was told that the aide never told the nurse.
