Unprofessional ! This will be my final year living at this place I can’t deal with it anymore. I reported a rodent issue to Sabrina Phillips multiple times via email something that I never had to do before because everything was fine until the neighbors moved in. It took her months to respond and to actually come in and inspect the building and apartments. I love my apartment at Moravia apts but the people can be more cleaner, to much trash on the parking lot an the management need to look in to getting bigger dumpsters the ones we have is to small trash be all over the place the same day the trash man picks it up. Be careful the thugs are robbing people at gunpoint in this complex no Cameras here.
They have very bad service maintenance buildings also very old and no light it’s been five hours no body send for fixing.windows flying in wind.poor service We have no electricity today tey are killing us it’s hot weather no body send electrician.
I had a good time and amazing experience living in Moravia part apartment for 5 years , the apartment is comfortable and spacious, the management is always in their best to ensure that my needs to be comfortable are met,the manager (sabrina) is the best, the maintenance team are always on time , responding to issues and renders quality services without complaints and always patient.May God bless you all.
