I could be a better health care provider than these people. All I would need is my phone fully charged.back during the pandemic, when dogs would get tested if they sneezed, I took my 3 months old daughter in there. They said she was fine and I need to relax. Well after she had a seizure we went to the ER. She had covid. I needed their signature and some info for FMLA to care for my wife one time, they messed up the paperwork and still mailed it in. When you put an HONEST review on here or anywhere for that matter, make sure you don't forget anything and need to edit it or something because if you do then google will hide or remove your rating. As for family health network, they simply are no good. They will let you die if they don't see you like every other month. Refused my hypertension medication.
The staff were the best ever, and the dentist assistant was the best ever, but the female dentist whom i told i was so scared didn't ask if i had high blood pressure gave me numbing meds that caused me to be bedridden for almost 3 weeks til my pressure came down . SHE IS HEARTLESS AND DOESN'T CARE HOW SHE TREATS A PATIENT AND THEN HAS THE NERVE TO SAY I WAS A BAD PATIENT!! I also want to know what online sham school she went to . Always have to call to remind them to send my refills over to kinneys. Have to call 4-5 days In a row to get my medicine sent to Kinney drugs, every month. Every time I call they say they leave a note for the doctor. Clearly he doesn’t get the notes or just doesn’t do his job. I went 5 days without my medicine just to get the wrong prescription sent over!! Do not recommend
