I wanted to say how enjoyable it was using your service. The chauffeur had a great personality and was fun to visit with. He provided great knowledge of the area, history, and pointed out many local attractions. He was great!

I would like to tell you how pleased we were with the service your chauffeur provided us with from the pier to our home. I was so impressed with how immaculate he looked when he stepped out of the limosine. He was polite, courteous, and very attentive to the road while driving. I had never been to New York and he even pointed out points of interest. I look forward to using your service again.

I want to thank you for providing exceptional service for my mother who was traveling from White Branford, CT, back to Fairfield, CT. She is elderly and has difficulty walking. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you guys for such great personal service to me and my family on our last vacation. We are scheduled to go on our next vacation in a couple of weeks, and while making my reservations, I was reminded why I am choosing Hy's for our airport transportation. Last February, on our way to the airport, our 11 year old son left his favorite Yankees cap in the back of the limo.
