We worked with Madysen and she was incredible. This was the second glasses store we went to and the service and care was far superior than the other. My kids were being hard but Madysen gave them lollipops and even a book for my 2 year old daughter getting the glasses. The price was also better than the other store. We can’t wait to receive the glasses soon. I definitely recommend going to Moran and working with Madysen!
Visited the Moran eye center at Parkway today and it was a great experience. Madysen was able to help me get new lenses in two frames as well as made several adjustments on a pair of new frames I recently picked up from a different Moran location. She walked me through all the lenses options and made sure I was clear on the pricing and risks of sending in existing frames. I’m excited to get my updated glasses in a few weeks. It was great to have this location available without having to commute to Salt Lake City for Moran.
The listed hours currently are incorrect. The Moran eye center here is basically closed for business. Doesn't matter what time of day, or what day of the week you show up, the lights are off, the doors are locked, and no one is in there. I've had to get glasses somewhere else.

Honestly I’m disappointed,they have really weird schedule,I went there three weeks ago so I can choose a frame for my glasses,women said that they will call when my glasses ready,it’s been about 3 weeks and they never called me,when I called them no one answered ofc I left a voicemail but I don’t think that anyone cared.
