The listed hours currently are incorrect. The Moran eye center here is basically closed for business. Doesn't matter what time of day, or what day of the week you show up, the lights are off, the doors are locked, and no one is in there. I've had to get glasses somewhere else.
Honestly I’m disappointed,they have really weird schedule,I went there three weeks ago so I can choose a frame for my glasses,women said that they will call when my glasses ready,it’s been about 3 weeks and they never called me,when I called them no one answered ofc I left a voicemail but I don’t think that anyone cared.
They messed up entering my insurance, and I had to call four separate times just to get it corrected. Then, the frames I got are way too tight. I’ve gone in multiple times for adjustments, but nothing seems to change. I honestly feel like I’m being gaslit; each time I’m told they’ll probably “slide off now,” but the fit feels exactly the same. Not impressed with the service or attention to detail.
Dr. Gabriel Hulewsky is highly intelligent and personable. He capably answered dozens of questions from RK to nutrition (omega 3s, lutein, etc). Protecting and maintaining eye health is vital for maintaining a high quality of life and independence. So go get your eyes checked! And if you are looking for a great optometrist, I highly recommmend him.
