These guys, especially Randy, are my heroes. I’ve sucked up standing water in my basement anytime it rained for 17 years. I called Basemeht Doctor & Basement Authority of WV who gave me estimates of $12,000 and $14,000 for intrusive, interior work instead of even checking the exterior. Moran came out and gave me free advice to get some extension pipes on my downspouts and point then away from my house and my basement has been bone dry since. They could have easily charged me to do work but they didn’t and it solved my issue ... read more

Paid a lot of money for below par work. Called several times to fix just “some” of the issues I had, and just got blown off! Would never recommend these guys!!
