I bought my 2023 gmc 1500 Denali truck from Moran. At 28k miles my transmission light came on. I went Monday 9/29/2025 to service at 715 am. No other cars in line. Much to my surprise I was told they don’t have a transmission repair person. He comes in once a week and they couldn’t look at my vehicle for 3 weeks and they couldn’t provide a loaner. I left my car on a Wednesday and by the following Monday, the car has not been looked at. Before taking it in, I was told they needed it for 3 days to restart my system for the on-star feature to work. After leaving messages three times and the agent I was working with finally called and said they probably look at the following Wednesday. I took my car from that dealership on Monday to another. The other dealership had a diagnostic in 30 seconds and car fixed in 1 hr and 30 minutes the same day.
