Took my vehicle in for service. They had it for 3 1/2 months, and they didn't even fix everything. Zero communication as I never got updates unless I called them. I got it back with new problems that arose from sitting for months, or whatever else. I will never buy a GM again.
Jacob was extremely helpful and made sure I had a loaner vehicle for after I dropped mine off and went out of his way to explain everything and alleviate all the anxiety i was feeling. He talked us through the whole process before even going up there.
I cannot recommend Sincere and Moran Buick GMC enough. I appreciate how informative Sincere was about the buying process, and giving us time to choose what truck was best for our family. (I wont lie the choice was hard, they have an A+++ inventory). Sincere was not pushy with us at all like car salesman can be. He was a friendly face for the buying process.
