James was wonderful throughout the entire experience. He kept me abreast of the progress and I couldn’t be happier with the end results. I really hope that the collision center management see this and realize that they have a phenomenal, hard worker in James “Jim” Bartlett.
First of all, I have StarFarm insurance.. I picked Moran because it was on their preferred list and they had the best ratings Downriver. Took my vehicle there for the initial estimate, they were 90% accurate, the way ordered all the parts and after they arrived they had a few more things to order after digging into the repair. All in all it was a total of 3 weeks and my vehicle was only there for 6 days. It’s like new, they are awesome and honest!
