First of all, I have StarFarm insurance.. I picked Moran because it was on their preferred list and they had the best ratings Downriver. Took my vehicle there for the initial estimate, they were 90% accurate, the way ordered all the parts and after they arrived they had a few more things to order after digging into the repair. All in all it was a total of 3 weeks and my vehicle was only there for 6 days. It’s like new, they are awesome and honest!
My wife's Buick was in a fender bender. We brought it to Moran for repair. Jeff was so professional. They had the Envision looking brand new in about 9 days. The office staff was great to work with, as well. Great experience! 5 star sevice!
