All I can say it was not pleasant the several times I went to see the Doctor. At first I thought because the Dr. office was full the employees were under stress and it was one of the reason of their attitude, but I went several times in which it was empty and I was treated very badly with attitudes. The worse thing is that in front doctor they are different. Staff are unethical

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. The office manager was very helpful when the staff made a mistake with my billing codes for my insurance. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

You will wait a long time in this office. The doctor is wonderful and a few of the staff but some of the staff are not very caring and should not be working in healthcare.

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this family doctor friendly? Yes

Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
