They were amazing from the first call to the pickup after our car lost against a parking lot boulder. They helped me determine if the car was drivable until the appointment and made sure it was safe. Once I dropped ot for the appointment, they worked quick to get thr car apart, request and updated insurance adjustment, order the parts, and fix it up perfect! I hope to not need a collision shop again, but if Ido, I will be back here!
Well obviously this place is losing there ability to continue with high reviews. I'm a disabled senior and went in for an estimate due to vandalism to my car. Carlos did a quick walk around and couple pictures of vin & milage only. When I mentioned areas that through virtual inspection with insurance company wasn't visible and they requested collision shop to verify, Carlos ignored it just seemed inattentive. I've been going to these guys for years. Whether for bodywork after an accident or for something as simple as brakes or a fix it ticket, Carlos has always been fair, upfront, and done great work. Would highly recommend him and his team!
