I give Dr. Morales a five star rating but give his support staff a one star rating. No telling how much business he is loosing because of his lazy staff.
You initially see the Dr. He scheduled many tests. Then you see his NP whom on more than one occasion gave results from other patients, not even mine. Nothing was ever done. Nothing to help with pain no suggestions on what to try. But scheduled the same tests over and over. Would never release any of my files to other Drs when requested by them even after I signed for them to be. I copied every visit and test from the portal. Very pleasant staff, clean, efficient during ultrasound procedure.
Dr. Morales is kind. He always listens to what I have to say.
Dr. Morales was honest and compassionate but didn't sugarcoat our future dealing with an awful disease. We left his office feeling much more informed and better prepared for what's to come.

It was WONDERFUL!!!! He listens and addresses all of your concerns. Spends as much time with you until you feel all has been covered. He is a PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHAT A GREAT DOCTOR SHOULD BE!
