Mr. Morales represented me in two separate cases. Each case was dismissed after filing and arguing a suppression motion. Each time he discussed the potential for getting charges dismissed on the basis of a suppression motion that he wanted to file. He explained to me what the motion was about and the likelihood of winning the motion. He never promised me anything. He just told me he believed the motions were winners and he could do his best.
