My 17 yr. old daughter found a car on Facebook Marketplace that Moraine Auto Sales/ Moraine Auto Parts was selling. Description of the car was a 2016 Honda Civic with 81,000 miles with a rebuilt title due to front end damage. We test drove the car, it ran and drove good. We made the purchase the same day and about a week later decided to pull a car fax to see about service history of previous owners. What we found was the car actually has 180k+ miles on it. EVERYTHING IS HIGH MILES BEAT UP JUNK. 2500 DOLLAR CARS FOR 6500. 400 FOR 3500 THE ONES REAL DEALERS RUN THROUGH THE AUCTION BECAUSE THEY DON'T SELL THAT JYNK TO THERE CUSTOMERS. THESE GUYS BUY THEM AND OFFER THEM TO GOOD PEOPLE KNOWING THEY ARE BS RIDES. I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU CAN GET JUST AS GOOD OF A CAR FROM MAYBE BETTER FROM A JUNK YARD. Horrible experience. Car stopped on highway while was testing driving it. Took forever to pick up speed. All they care about is money I’ve heard nothing but bad things! So glad God was on my side because I almost bought the car from them. I don’t know how they have a dealers license. This place needs to be closed down
