I would not recommend anyone to visit this auto parts store. I called them on three different days to confirm that they had the parts I needed for my car, and each time they told me “yes.” Since they’re almost two hours away, I made the trip, only to be met with excuses and confusion as if they had no idea what I was talking about. You have to stay on hold when you call, and they will hang up on you. I don’t even know if this is valid business.

Called on the 1st of July ordered a part, it's the 18th currently and I'm still waiting. Been here a few times before dealing with "D" hanging up on me constantly and long waits but this is ridiculous Fellas. Last time I called just to ask the progress on my part with no rush just wanted a timeline but I was hung up on ! Terrible communication skills and zero customer service ability on their part.
