Called on the 1st of July ordered a part, it's the 18th currently and I'm still waiting. Been here a few times before dealing with "D" hanging up on me constantly and long waits but this is ridiculous Fellas. Last time I called just to ask the progress on my part with no rush just wanted a timeline but I was hung up on ! Terrible communication skills and zero customer service ability on their part.

These are just some of the rudest people I literally just called for for a overflow tank, I sat on hold for over 30 minutes, which wasn’t the problem because they typically Keep good product but when I got on the phone with the guy, he was just ignorant, nasty he told me he didn’t have the part but then say it’s $75 Then hung up on me
I bought a used transmission for a 2004 Mazda 6 and installed it myself. It worked great. That was 5 years ago and it’s still running strong.
