Beat kept secret in LA!!! Ali knows hair and his cuts are amazing and so affordable. He cuts both mine AND my son’s hair! His color rescued my hair that another had fried to a crisp. He listens and takes time and care. His private suite at Phenix Salon Suites is super convenient in Santa Monica.
