Would give it 0 stars if I could, owner of the store (old lady with black hair) was very rude and I was called “obnoxious” for not being satisfied with how she was fixing the glasses. When I asked her to not break the glasses from all the bending she did with a tool she told me “You’re talking to someone who knows more than you, you bend it then.” We left unsatisfied with what she did to the glasses and she even damaged the glasses by chipping of paint from where she was trying to “fix them.” When I would show her how the gl... read more

Muy mal servicio de optical Mora por la calle San Bernardo ya tiene mas de un mes que no le tienen los lentes a mi mama y habla por telefono y no le contestan y venimos a preguntar y que no los tienen listos que van a checar y nunca le hablan y les esta pidiendo la receta de sus lentes para ir a otro lugar y no se la quieren dar que les de una chance mas . Que mas chance si no los tienen listos y cuando mi mama habla no contestan el telefono y tenemos que hablar de otro numero de cell para que contesten la optical dicen ahor... read more
