I’ve tried to get ahold of this damn place and they NEVER answer the goddamn phone. I’ve passed by several times as well and it’s always seems to be “closed”. I’ve been needing to fix my son’s glasses this would be the third week trying and NOTHING!!! 😤🤬
PESIMO SERVICIO!/BAD SERVICE!! La peor optica en Laredo! No pierdan su tiempo ni malgasten su dinero. Perdieron mis lentes por mas de 3 meses, nunca contestaban el telefono, la dueña es muy maleducada y grosera, si tienes un negocio tienes que aprender a tratar a los clientes y a reconocer cuando tienes errores no a ponerte al tu por tu con el cliente como si nos estubieras haciendo un favor. Terrible service! The glasses are of poor quality and poorly made, and the owner is arrogant.
Would give it 0 stars if I could, owner of the store (old lady with black hair) was very rude and I was called “obnoxious” for not being satisfied with how she was fixing the glasses. When I asked her to not break the glasses from all the bending she did with a tool she told me “You’re talking to someone who knows more than you, you bend it then.” We left unsatisfied with what she did to the glasses and she even damaged the glasses by chipping of paint from where she was trying to “fix them.” When I would show her how the gl... read more
