Great food and service! Our waitress, Tuesday, was super nice and attended to us well.

Good things: staff was ridiculously awesome. Super helpful and polite! The ambiance in the whole place was great. Felt like I was back on the west coast again. The menu is awesome I can't wait to try everything! We got 4 rolls and drinks and it was under $100 which is also awesome. The sushi melted in our mouths. Excellent. First time here and we were greeted right away. Sat right away. Friendly staff. Food is amazing! Some of the best sushi I have ever had. Some of the specialty rolls can be pricey but but you can easily order simple rolls that are just as delicious. Would definitely return.
The bar tender secretly records customers with her phone and makes fun of them later while showing other customers. The nigiri is served warm. When I complained I was told that’s how they do it in Japan. Another customer leaned over and said I stopped ordering that because they told her the same thing. She did say the drinks were good. Today I give them another try and a new bar tender was talking to a couple who had reservations. He was trying to be witty and said to the customer you can have your drink any way you like it.... read more

Hi Matthew thanks for the comment. We will investigate this for sure! As for the temperature of the fish, it is not supposed to be cold. We prefer to let the fish acclimate to relax the fish. I understand you may be accustomed to places who serve their product directly from the fridge but I assure you a properly trained sushi chef would do otherwise.
