When I first visited the office, I was terrified of going to dentists. They seem to taken a genuine concern and spent a lot of time allowing me to overcome my fears. They responded to my dental needs promptly and efficiently with genuine care. My questions are always answered in a compassionate and carry manner. A lot of time is spent with answering my questions and I never feel rushed with Dr. Mora or the staff. I thought the staff was amazing; and they were so friendly and helpful. They always make me feel welcome.

I would like to follow up on my last review. I was annoyed with a few aspects of my latest visit and wrote an honest online review good and bad. Perhaps I should have worked it out with Dr Mora first before posting it but just wanted to vent at the time. I certainly didn't want to hurt Dr Mora or his business in any way. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they do make an extra effort. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I feel this dentist makes you believe in best interest of the patient but I was sent out to get my own mouth wash prescription which I should have received at the office after a long and expensive procedure of tooth root planning.
