I wish I could give no star to him.I dont wanna use dr title for him so I say Robert Payne put my new born baby`s life in danger. 2 hours after circumcision my son start bleeding and I called his office nobody got back to me even the day after. we had to go to hospital emergency and even them they were shocked!! They were unable to stop his bleeding and they sent us to sick kids hospital by ambulance. They were gonna put my 2 weeks baby into sleep to do the surgery and I stopped them. I have been trying to get ahold of Dr. Payne for the past few days now. I have called twice (didn't call on the weekend because I figured they wouldn't be open), both times I got the answering machine, I left messages with my name, number and why I have called (because the recorded message said they would call me back). Still have yet to receive a call back, which has become quite frustrating.
