I've been in Mor-Gran-Sou territory for less than 3 years and have experienced more outtages in those three years that I have in the previous 10 years with other companies.

I have had almost constant issues in the last 6 months with power cycling randomly at my house. I have never heard of an electric company in ND having as many issues as this one does. Power surges caused by cycling like this are extremely damaging to most electronics so I've had to buy power surge protectors for every single thing in my house because of the failures of this company.

It was rotten to send my $75 bill to collections. I remember when people in n ND used to just call since we all know each other one way or another. I had already sold the property and had the electric transfered. Instead of taking care of it during the transfer like I was told. Very corporate move for a co op. Co op are supposed to be about the people, neighbors, and friends. Not make it so people are questioned by lenders and other utility companies.
