I ordered two thermostats from Mor Electric. They sent me an incorrect item. Their customer service rep Lisa was quick to resolved the situation. I was shipped the correct thermostats. Within a few days. I highly recommend this company
I had returned a heater back in November with the agreement I would be refunded...I even added signature confirmation...It was delivered to them on 11/25...It is now the 7th of Dec...Everytime I call I get cranky uninterested responses and no call backs...Worst customer service ever....I am filing with the BBB today
