Make sure you understand the fine print of the additional warranty you purchased on a certified vehicle that is only 4 months old 🙄 No battery or auxiliary battery should both have to be replaced on a certified vehicle you’ve only had 4 months. $265 for the main battery to be replaced that stranded me when I was out of town, and $550 for the auxiliary battery to be replaced at the dealership. A “certified” vehicle doesn’t mean what it used to mean I guess.
We bought a car from this dealership about 3 1/2 months ago. We live in PA, and this dealership is in Delaware. I made sure before we made the purchase that they could handle PA tag work. They said they could. Mid-September, and no tags arrived. I called and was told that they were wlat the PA DMV and out of their hands. I contacted the DMV, and they had not received anything at that point. Fast forward to October and we still have not received our registration or plates. The temp tag has expired. fast and speedy service. the experience of the dealership made the process of getting the car serviced very easy & professional. much better than going to a random mechanic’s shop. ever since we got the car the hospitality has been amazing.
