I had a very disappointing experience with Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram My 2023 Chrysler Pacifica was brought in for a warranty repair due to engine issues. The dealership performed major engine work under warranty, including cylinder head and gasket repairs. However, when I picked up the vehicle on September 12, it was NOT in working condition. These guy’s have proven themselves to be honest, trust worthy, and fair in handling service repairs.
