Service Department manager Cody bad customer service, we always had their driver pick and drop off, now he is limited to 10 miles radius. And taking longer to diagnose the car. Service representative Marlene is rude.
Want to wait 48 hours for an oil change? Excited to wait an eternity to check in or out? Only to find out the other services requested weren't even completed! Then this is the place for you. It shouldn't take that long, seriously. Poor communication & poor customer service! Save your money, go elsewhere in my opinion.
I initially came back here this time around because i good such good service. So I paid extra to tow it because they was further out..The service was not good at all this time around. They was not commucative at all even though i was transparent about they informing me because my job needed to know when i would be back at work. I still only got info when i called.
