Ordered a part that didn't work as intended. Tried to return but was ignored. This company is a rip off. They hide behind ridiculous policies and do not care about anything except ripping off customers to make money and argue when there is an issue.
Ordered 2 quarts of transcase oil for my Grand Cherokee and was willing to deal with the fact paying OVER $20 for shipping was more than the cost of my order but still haven't received my order a week later. Called and was told they just got the oil in and my order just went downstairs to be filled so should receive word in a couple of days on when it will ship. I should have gone with EBay/Amazon ... would have already received it and likely with free shipping. I'll NEVER use mopar parts Inc. again.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER-TOOK MY MONEY, NEVER SHIPPED MY PARTS, SCAMMERS, SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE......FRAUD SCAMMERS
This company is a complete disaster.........they don't ship your parts, they don't answer emails and they have no idea what they're doing. Save your time and money and shop a more reputable and responsive company. You'll end up spending a considerable amount of time trying to get your money back from parts they don't ship!!
Awful costumer service.... 6 months back log in a Dodge Dart Antenna. I just call them and they told me that they closed the order and I lost my money. Really wow I guess they need my 13 dollars to paid the awful service manager lunch for today. Keep my 13 dollars and I will take my business some where else that appreciate a loyal customer.
