This is the worst service place ever. I had Brian ring me up at 8:30am today. He said service was going to be done in 2-3hours. I never received a call so I called around 2. They left me on hold for 15 mins and I just called back. They said the car will be ready within the hour. No call. I went to the store at 5:30pm to see if it’s done. The car is sitting out on the street and they said they haven’t started yet. This is ridiculous. I had an appointment for 8:30am and I was on time.
They are one of the best dealships I've ever been too!! They have the best prices!
if negative stars could be given I would give it that. This place is such a scam with insane rules and prices. $400 for just a diagnostic exam is insane. The service is also terrible. The workers seem fed up with simple questions and seemed unwilling to help. Never go here.
