Ivan B. I don’t believe they deserve even 1 star. They are not knowledgeable, don’t answer the phone or email, in short, they don’t care about customers. Before I ordered winch for my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, I asked them to be sure it will fit my Jeep without any extra parts or modification and they asked me for VIN which I gave them. Gotta give them 1 star because they didn't respond to numerous emails, telephone calls etc. I finally got them to send me my order after I started a complaint with PayPal. They did not respond to any requests via email and they NEVER answer the phone. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. If they are not crooks, they are the sloppiest business I have ever dealt with on the internet. Thankfully after PayPal got in touch with them they followed through and I got the parts that I ordered; I didn't lose my $125.00. Very frust... read more
