Ali provided excellent customer service. He did a great job and went above and beyond. We recently had our waves done due to hail damage and he took the time to notice and record deficiencies so that we could get it looked after right away. Highly recommend.
Windows look fantastic! Ali did a great job cleaning the windows and window sills. I’ve tried other cleaners in the past but they did not do as good a job on cleaning the window sills. The booking and quote process was very fast. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.
My windows look great! I had a proposal very quickly and then my windows done within a couple days. It was very smooth and easy. I will definitely use Mop Monkey again and recommend them.
Loved the booking system and they were fast to reply, quote and come out. They did a great job. Will be booking again! Follow up: I have to leave a follow up, now that we've had a massive rainfall in Calgary - every year (for 8 years here) our gutters overflow after a big rain, even after gutter cleaning. This year, all of the water flowed through the downspouts perfectly. Clearly I wasn't getting a proper cleaning before. So impressed with Mop Monkeys after this!! Thank you again.
