Consistently great quality and service
To Go Order: This was their idea of loaded fries. Didn't match the picture at all! The patty melt was way to pink. I had to take it apart & cook the meat at home. This is the 3rd time, I've been disappointed at this location. I'll not be giving them anymore of my money.
The burgers were great: hot, juicy, and tasty. But the fries were awful. And that’s an understatement. It was obvious they had been leftover from lunch rush, (it was about 4:00 when I ordered) and the employees couldn’t be bothered to make fresh fries. Because gosh, who can’t tell they got hours-old fries when they’re cold, chewy, and tasteless. 🙄 We really like the burgers, but if we’re going to get screwed on the fries, we’ll go to Five Guys next time.
The place is very nice, and the burgers, fries, and shakes are great! We really liked the green chile queso sauce; it was great with our fries! 😋
