Ordered a BYO Double Burger (bacon, avocado, mushrooms, fried onions, mooyah sauce, and bbq sauce), Personal Hand-Cut Fries, and a Little Burger Kid's Meal (ketchup, mayo, and mustard; w/fries and a shake). Order was completely messed up. The BYO burger only came with a single patty, and had ketchup and mustard instead of the requested sauces (also did not come with any bacon). Second time I ordered take out and got home to find missing item that I was charged for and called the restaurant back but no one answered.
The food is great
Excellent service! Thank so much to Rogelio ! He help me with my order online and he was very polite and kind! , this place is nice and the customer service it is good! I hope the store can keep the employees that they make the restaurant feel like home and welcome ! This means a lot to me because this type of customer service says a lot about how they train the employees in this store! The burgers 100/100 and the sweet potatoes are the best! Thank you so much!
Mooyah has always had a solid burger and decent fries, but with the addition of the tractor drinks (farmers punch is so good) it makes it an even better meal. Luis and his team provide good service and amazing food. My go-to is the double cheddar bacon burger (you are at a burger place, as might as well go all out), it has so much flavor, and is my guilty pleasure. If you want to go healthier, they do have those as well, but the burgers have never let me down.
