UPDATE AT END OF RENTAL: Lynn was very friendly and helpful regarding my move out. Everything was efficient and easy. I was pleasantly surprised that my 10X10 climate controlled unit was very clean after 4 years (!) of storage. It had been packed and stacked full with vintage furniture. There was no evidence of rodents at all. 2 minutes with a broom and my empty unit was clean and ready to turn over. The easy access and wide doorway/hallway made the process go smoothly.
